About Michael

Michael is the co-founder of LeanRhino.com. He has long been pursuing business and has built an expertise working with food entrepreneurs. Michael is an adjunct instructor of advanced food safety at Concordia University, and a regular seminar speaker where he shares his passion for food business and food safety. He currently holds an MBA degree, a certification as a HACCP auditor (ASQ) and a Project Management Professional certification (PMP) from the PMI. "I’ve been involved with more food establishments – planning, designing, innovating, consulting, teaching, inspecting – than grains of rice in a 25lb pail!"
